Laura Daley

Laura Daley, Founding Partner of Insight Learning Partners, is a published author, executive coach and workshop facilitator. She has helped over 14,000 people enhance their communications impact and therefore success in the workplace.

Laura has over 28 years of experience designing and facilitating skill development change programs and seven years of practical management.  Her expertise includes presentation skills, leadership, sales, coaching, employee engagement, personal branding, problem-solving, sales management, negotiation, and networking.

Laura’s clients include American Express, Belo Broadcast, BNY Mellon, Coca-cola, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, HBO, Jane Doe No More, Metlife, NBC, Novartis, NYSE, Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Prudential, Proctor and Gamble, Riviera Broadcast, Scholastic, Simon & Schuster.

Prior to consulting, Laura spent seven years with Citibank in sales, sales management and operations management.  There she was responsible for selling, managing, motivating, hiring, coaching, and tracking performance. Additionally, Laura spent two years with Communispond Inc., working with executives on their stand up presentation skills.

She is the co-author of the book, “Talk Your Way to the Top,” published by McGraw-Hill in 2003.  It has since been translated into five languages.

Laura’s additional loves outside her paid and nonprofit work include her husband and two adult children, various animals, learning, running, skiing, gardening, reading, and writing poetry.

Laura’s undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts from Curry College where she was a double major in psychology and education.  She spent six years studying education, marketing and business administration at the graduate level.
